As an organisation responsible for some 33,000 employees… in 40 countries… representing 75 nationalities… across five generations, Nestlé Waters place Diversity & Inclusion high on their internal culture agenda. They commissioned us to create an identity to bring critical representatives from each market together to foster discussion about what more Nestlé Waters could do to accelerate their Diversity & Inclusion journey. Our creative solution was not just a single identity but an identity that allowed for infinite (certainly 33,000) different expressions and variations. Celebrating the commonality of the employer and the individuality of each employee.
