This family firm had all the right qualities and none of the right brand signals. But their name said everything, so we used the magnificent sea creatures themselves as our focus.
What emerged was an intelligent and empathetic new vision, out of which we developed a new proposition, personality, tone of voice, and visual identity system. Next came a streamlined digital strategy, staff engagement and inspiration, and integrated marketing campaign.
