Ideas with legs

It all began with an ‘impossible’ point of sale display that took off everywhere it was seen, and even made it into the seminal publication ‘A Smile In the Mind’. This was initially a one-off project, but now Clarks wanted more.

So we invented the playful name YoToY to propel the shoes with hidden toys to phenomenal success, invited young customers to walk on marshmallows and fluffy bunnies to evoke the sensation of wearing Active Air, and built an exuberant and long-lasting campaign around the slogan ‘I love my Originals’ for the brand’s hand-crafted Originals footwear.

And for more mature customers, we created a heritage-orientated brand using the initial letters of Clarks’ founding brothers Cyrus and James – a symbol that the legend of Clarks remains as active as their customers.
